A one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, a step, heart-pounding music, and expert coaching. Group Power® will take you through ten tracks that are expertly programmed with specific workout objectives:
– Warm up
– Legs
– Chest
– Back and legs
– Triceps
– Biceps
– Legs (2nd time)
– Shoulders
– Core
– Stretch
An invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body movement journey. REDEFINE YOUR SELF. LEARN MORE.
Group Centergy® is for anyone looking to achieve success and enjoy the mental benefits of a mind-body discipline. This class will help you to increase strength, improve flexibility, and relax- all at the same time.
What to Expect
Group Centergy® will take you through ten tracks, accompanied by emotive music, that have specific workout objectives:
– Focus
– Salutations
– Challenge
– Balance
– Core BACK
– Core FRONT
– Hips
– Spirals (rotational movements to enhance mobility and flexibility of the spine)
– Folds (lower back and hamstring stretches)
– Restore
