Member Joins MyFitRx® to Take Control of His Health After Heart Attack

After a heart attack, Thomas knew he needed to make some changes to his lifestyle. He loved that Riverside Health Fitness had an indoor track that wasn’t featured at the other gyms he visited. The center also had a wide variety of equipment and the MyFitRx® program.

“The biggest thing for me is that there are people here who are going through the same things I am. I was worried that I was going to be the old guy surrounded by jocks, but that’s not the case at all. There are people here of all ages and fitness levels, and we’re all in this together,” says Thomas.

Thomas knows several members who already attend the center. Everyone is positive and friendly.

“I look forward to coming to the gym every day. It bugs me when I can’t come in. I feel so much better when I work out, and I have so much more energy.”

The MyFitRx® program has had a huge impact on his overall help.

“Help from Nicole during guided group sessions led me in the correct direction. All the coaches are very nice and helpful.”
