We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming April Wellness Week. This week is dedicated to taking care of your physical and mental health through activities. This event is open to the community, and to make it easy to join us we are offering FREE day passes all week long. Non-members can stop in any day this week to request a pass and experience everything Riverside Health Fitness Center has to offer. Participate in one or all of our daily themed events for an opportunity to prioritize your overall well-being, inside and out.
Enjoy daily themes and activities:
Movement – Monday, April 20
- Moving Monday: Members can meet our staff on the track to walk and chat at 12-1 PM.
Nutrition – Tuesday, April 21
- Nutrition table: Join this all-day event where a fitness specialist will educate members about basic nutrition and MyPlate.
Mindfulness – Wednesday, April 22
- Meditation session: Yoga instructor Lynette will host a meditation class for members at 6:30-7:15 PM.
Connection – Thursday, April 23
- Coffee and Connection: Members are invited to enjoy FREE coffee while chatting with our team at 7-8 AM or 1-2 PM.
Prevention – Friday, April 24
- Check yourself: Join this all-day event where a fitness specialist will check your blood pressure using BodyScriptâ„¢.
